Joe Hagen

Born and raised in Anderson Township, Joe is the founder and driving force behind All Decked Out. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Joe brings passion, creativity, and a unique approach to everything he does. His desire to create the best deck or outdoor living space around is what motivates him. Joe believes in building environments where skilled and dedicated builders can all be on one team and get better as a team while also having fun. 

As owner-operator, Joe leads the company’s sales and design efforts, working closely with clients to bring their outdoor visions to life. With a passion for craftsmanship and customer service, he’s built All Decked Out into a trusted name throughout the Cincinnati area and also at a national level.

Joe is married with two teenage sons, and when he’s not on a job site or meeting with clients, he’s likely enjoying time with family and friends. A lifelong football and baseball fan, he also loves to travel and stays actively involved in the deck industry through trade shows and professional networking. 

Jessica Hagen

Jessica plays a key role at All Decked Out, supporting the team in just about every way imaginable—and proudly earning her nickname as “Joe’s Boss.” From guiding clients through material selections to handling permits and keeping the administrative wheels turning, Jessica is an essential part of the company’s success.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Jessica moved to Cincinnati where she graduated from Turpin High School. She’s married to Joe (yes, that Joe!) and has been a steady source of support for both him and the business from the very beginning.

When she’s not hard at work, you can find Jessica volunteering at church, planning her next family adventure, or doting on her beloved French Bulldogs. She brings heart, organization, and a whole lot of passion to everything she does.

Jeff Burton

Jeff is the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly. As Project Coordinator, he manages the ever-changing schedules, communicates with clients and crews, and keeps everything on track with precision and professionalism. Most of the work Jeff does is behind the scenes. Jeff excels at building and maintaining relationships tradesman to keep projects on track. Jeff’s role is to ensure clients are getting the best finished product we can deliver and ensure all of our teams have what they need to be successful. 

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Jeff brings discipline, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills to the All Decked Out team. With nearly five years at the company and a background helping run one of the largest concrete companies in the region, Jeff knows how to adapt and overcome challenges—no matter what the day brings.

Jeff lives in Morrow, Ohio with his wife and two young children. He’s a die-hard Ohio State Buckeyes fan and never passes up a visit to a good steakhouse.

John Dorrington

John brings decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to every project he touches. Originally from South Africa, John moved to the United States and has dedicated most of his adult life to the construction industry. As a certified All Decked Out installer and independent contractor, John has built a reputation as one of the top deck builders in the nation—known for his precision, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to quality.

John operates as a true one-man show on job sites, meticulously planning every project and executing with skill and professionalism. He has been a trusted builder for All Decked Out for many years and is respected throughout the industry for his leadership and mastery of his craft.

Outside of work, John is a certified dive master who enjoys traveling to top diving destinations around the world. He’s also a dedicated foodie with a particular love for a great steakhouse—always on the hunt for the perfect cut. John lives on the west side of town with his wife, is the proud father of two adult children, and is soon to become a first-time grandparent.

A die-hard fan of UC Bearcats basketball and football, John never misses a home game. If the Bearcats are playing in town, you can bet he’s not on a job site—he’s in the stands, cheering them on.

Rai Villarroel

Originally from Venezuela, Rai moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities and build a life for his growing family. Now a proud U.S. citizen, Rai is married with a young son and brings his passion for craftsmanship and creativity to every project he takes on.

With a background in carpentry and concrete work, Rai eventually launched his own business focused on patios and construction. He thrives outdoors and takes pride in watching each project come to life. Rai has been a trusted, certified builder for All Decked Out—known for his strong work ethic, eye for detail, and heart for serving others.

A true learner at heart, Rai is always looking to grow and refine his skills. When he’s not building, you’ll find him traveling with his family on spontaneous weekend getaways or on the softball field playing in his local men’s league. He’s passionate about his work and committed to being the best in the business.

Logan Flinchum

Logan Flinchum’s journey in the trades started with one simple goal—working with his hands and being outdoors. Unsure of his exact path at first, Logan joined All Decked Out as a shop and facilities assistant, handling cleaning and organization. But everything changed when he was called to assist on a job site and worked alongside master builder John Dorrington. That first project sparked a passion for building that quickly turned into a career.

Eager to learn, Logan advanced rapidly. He became a Foreman for All Decked Out, leading a crew that included his own brothers, and developed a reputation for quality, leadership, and heart. Now the owner of his own contracting business, Logan continues to serve as a certified All Decked Out installer, balancing his independence with a deep connection to the team that helped launch his career.

Logan recently purchased his first home and remains committed to growing both personally and professionally. He’s passionate about people, craftsmanship, and constantly improving with each project. When he’s not building, Logan enjoys roller skating, making music, and spending time with family on vacations. His brother Noah now works alongside him, while his other brother Aaron remains a valued member of the All Decked Out crew—keeping the family legacy strong.
