Jeff Burton brings a wealth of experience to the All Decked Out team as our project manager and coordinator. With a strong background in outdoor living and construction, Jeff ensures that every project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Before joining All Decked Out, Jeff managed operations at a large concrete company. We were impressed by his professionalism and work ethic while working with him through another vendor, and we knew he would be a great addition to our team.

Jeff serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire build process, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience. Originally from Wilmington, Ohio, Jeff committed to serving our country after school and spent six years in the United States Air Force. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail, qualities he brings to every project he manages. Jeff believes that communication, building strong relationships, and maintaining transparency with clients are key to a successful project, regardless of its size.

When he's not managing projects, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, playing pickleball and golf, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. His dedication to both his work and personal life exemplifies the commitment and passion he brings to All Decked Out.

John Dorrington has been a valued member of the All Decked Out team for many years, bringing a wealth of experience and exceptional carpentry skills. Before joining us, John specialized in custom cabinetry, interior trim, and remodeling projects, honing his expertise in precision craftsmanship. Known to the team as the "Deck God," John takes pride in managing large-scale projects independently, showcasing an efficiency and skill level that rivals that of a multi-carpenter crew.

Hailing from the West Side of town, John's focus is on delivering top-tier craftsmanship, meticulous planning, and outstanding customer service. His expertise shines through in the many decks and roof structures he builds for All Decked Out, where quality and attention to detail are always at the forefront.

Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and indulging in a great steak at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. His passion for craftsmanship and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of our team.

Josh Rose is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional at All Decked Out, bringing a passion for craftsmanship and customer service to every project. Originally from a background in restaurant management, Josh discovered his love for working with his hands and creating beautiful outdoor spaces, leading him to pursue a career in carpentry. His focus on the finer details ensures that every aspect of a project is executed to the highest standard, as he believes that the small details make all the difference in achieving great results.

Currently engaged to be married, Josh enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. He also appreciates a good bourbon when he has a moment to relax. Known for his eagerness to learn and grow, Josh is always seeking new knowledge and techniques to refine his skills, striving to be the best carpenter he can be. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an integral part of the All Decked Out team.

Rai Villarroel has been a valued member of the All Decked Out team for several years, bringing his passion, experience, and attention to detail to every project. Originally from Venezuela and now a proud U.S. citizen, Rai has a long history in construction, which shines through in his ability to build unique, creative, and high-quality outdoor spaces. His dedication to craftsmanship and his positive, upbeat attitude makes him a joy to work with and a standout in the field.

Rai has a love for modern, clean designs and thrives on the opportunity to build decks that are anything but simple or boring. He is committed to learning and expanding his skills, with future plans to study architecture. This ambition, combined with his strong work ethic, is evident in all of his projects. A quick learner, Rai continually strives to deliver the best results possible.

Outside of work, Rai lives in Northern Kentucky and enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and son. He also has a passion for baseball, which he grew up playing extensively, and loves to travel, visit the beach, and connect with friends. His enthusiasm for life and commitment to his craft make him an essential part of the All Decked Out team.
